While I still maintain WhiteSand Solutions as a business entity, I do not do too much business anymore through this company of mine. I maintain my Ideal Financial Solutions, 1st Stop Equipment and GAPay clients and associated software, but have moved my main focus to new and exciting opportunities.

1st Stop Equipment Shop, a seller of heavy equipment and supplies, has chosen WhiteSand Solutions to develop, host and maintain a web site for them. The site will provide a storefront for the sale of heavy equipment and supplies, including an interface to allow 1st Stop Equipment personnel to upload pictures and enter data on all its inventory.

The Riverton City Baseball league has chosen WhiteSand Solutions to develop, host and maintain a web site for them. The web site will be the central location where all administrators, coaches, players and parents can get information throughout the baseball season. League rules, contact information, and game schedules are just a few of the things that will be available on the web site.

The WhiteSand Solutions development team is pleased to announce the release of iDebtManager, which is Phase II of Ideal Financial Solutions' CashFlow Management System.

iDebtManager allows users of the CashFlow Management system to stay up-to-date on the progress they are making in becoming debt free by tracking the balances on all debts being managed by the CashFlow Management System. All of the user's debts that are being managed by the CashFlow Management System can be viewed individually and payment amounts can be adjusted if desired. New debts can also be added to the system.

A Payoff Timeline is available which allows users to see when each debt is scheduled to be paid off as well as the progress they are making to become debt free. The Payoff Timeline gives the user the ability to compare how he is actually doing in his efforts to become debt free against the CashFlow Management System's proposed plan.

The functionality for the system has been specified and tested over the past 10 months by the CPS United staff, who have many years of experience in the insurance industry. GAPay has replaced a manual, time consuming, and error prone system. What used to take days to accomplish now only takes hours, saving general agents hundreds of dollars each month and letting them rest a little more easily knowing that their commission records are being tracked accurately each month.

GAPay is built using well established and proven technologies. It was written in adherence to accepted "best practices" for web application development and incorporates many of the tried-and-tested J2EE Patterns for web development.

WhiteSand Solutions, LLC. and Ideal Financial Solutions, Inc. have signed a software development contract in which WhiteSand Solutions will develop a debt reduction/wealth building web application.

Ideal FSI currently uses a home-grown Excel spreadsheet based application, along with a variety of other tools to help them service their existing and future client base. The project will involve the "porting" of this existing functionality to a single, robust, and extensible software application.
